Self - Connection
Connect with and communicate with yourself from a state of centered, compassionate confidence.
You can’t truly care for yourself if you’re constantly looking to outside sources for how you should think, feel and act. You control your thoughts, emotions, words and actions. You get to choose for yourself. No one else can choose for you, and you can choose for no one else. Even when you think you’re following someone else’s ways, you are following them because you consciously choose to follow them.
Centered Clarity
Connect with your deepest self to decide how and what you want to think, feel and do. Decide based on what you truly want to experience in your life. Choose each belief, emotional response and behavior in alignment with your decision.
Compassionate Communication
Talk to yourself like you were your own best friend. Have compassion for your younger self and all the challenges she faced. Appreciate how far you’ve come in your life. Communicate with your future self for motivation and guidance. She’ll also remind you how far you’ve already come and that you already have everything you need inside you to achieve your vision. Keep taking one step at a time.
Confident Competence
Confidence comes from appreciation of your own abilities and qualities, the places where you shine your light, where your competence shines brightly.
Self - Acceptance
Accept yourself from head to toe, inside and outside, past experiences and current circumstances. You are the perfect combination needed to exquisitely bloom as your unique expansive self.
Awareness
Your current identity is based on your beliefs about yourself. Shift from limiting to limitless beliefs to expand your awareness of your highest potential that already exists within you.
Attraction
Vibrate at the level of attraction that invites the opportunities and people into your life that will naturally help you to expand into your best self. Be open to receive all the abundance you are attracting into your life.
Authenticity
Accepting yourself exactly as you are allows you to be more authentic, open and vulnerable in asking for what you need and setting boundaries for how you expect to be treated by others.
Self - Response-ability
When you are mindfully present, turning toward your feelings and caring for your physical needs, you are able to respond from an expansive state of being.
Rationality
The first aspect of responsibility is to respond rationally to thoughts and patterns of belief.
One key to rationality is understanding and accepting that your reality is based on your unique perspective and may therefore be flawed. So the key is to strive to find evidence that both supports and refutes your perspective to help you judge more accurately whether your interpretation of a situation is accurate. It is your responsibility to continue learning and growing in every aspect of your life.
To invite more positive responses in your thoughts and beliefs, set your intention for positive results. Put your attention on those results to invite opportunities to match what you want. Release any tension or stress around trying to force the results.
Relationships
The next aspect of responsibility is to respond appropriately to your feelings or your emotional response. Expect every situation to result in a win for all and send expansive energy to all in that intention. Own your feelings. No one can make you feel a certain way. Your response to the situation causes your feelings. You can choose to change your response in a way that allows you to deal with the situation more productively and responsibly.
To invite more positive responses in your feelings and emotions, send positive energy to all including yourself. Set intentions for positive interactions. Remember the interdependence of all LIFE. When you remember that everyone is in this together, you become more responsible for doing your part to contribute to the whole.
Reasonable Risks
The final aspect of responsibility is to respond reasonably to the facts and circumstances of your life. Face challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow.
To invite more positive situations in your life, accept reasonable risks. If you take no risks, you can achieve nothing. If you take extreme risks, you’re likely to lose everything you already have. If you take reasonable risks, you can continue to make progress, to learn and grow into the wonderful life you imagine.
Self - Expression
Choose to express positive thoughts and beliefs. Choose to express unconditional love to all. Choose to express joy each moment. When you choose to face life with optimism and resilience, you will naturally experience more peace, love and abundance.
Express Excellence
Express excellence in your area of expertise. Continue learning and growing. Shine your light brightly as your contribution to the whole world.
Exemplify Engagement
Be an example of a person who is fully engaged with life. Be a person of excellence in your area of expertise, sharing your brilliance with others through networking, speaking and mentoring. Be a person of increase in your relationships, going above and beyond your purpose work to help others achieve their goals. Be a person of gratitude, appreciating all the abundance in your purpose work, relationships and health and wealth.
